Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility:
   The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Creating Magic Vacations by Rose, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible.

2. Sponsor:
   The giveaway is sponsored by Creating Magic Vacations by Rose.

3. Entry Period:
   The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (Pacific time) on April 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM (Pacific time) on April 6, 2026. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter:
   Participants may enter by:

   • Completing the entry form on our website, or

   • Submitting an entry via social media (Facebook or Instagram).

   Limit one entry per person per method. Multiple entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize:
   One (1) winner will receive a Disney “Bee” Crossbody Bag. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent is offered. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

6. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification:
   The winner will be announced on social media and the sponsor’s website, using only their first name and last initial. The winner will be contacted through the social media channel used to enter or via phone/email if provided. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity:
   By entering, participants consent to the use of their first name, last initial, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions:

   • Void where prohibited by law.

   • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

   • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Creating Magic Vacations by Rose and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10. Privacy:
    Participant information will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with the privacy policy for Creating Magic Vacations by Rose.
